Like all else, the Network cannot exist alone, and the city Needs th eCyberNet, to persevere. this, network, shows a fault in the entire
passive-network fo CyberCity, someething unusual has been going on. the nwtwork has been spawning glitches, mimics, copies, false networkd and void-data-piles.
the Network transience overall seems suspicious, the Net is muddier than normal... usual hubs have had their DNS's switched,the mainframe glitch has fale traffic coming from all networks, statistics are logging wrong.
